Military clears ISAFP agents in San Mateo raid

A RAID by agents of the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (ISAFP) on an opposition safehouse in Rizal province last August was done according to the rules of engagement despite the absence of a search warrant, military investigators said Tuesday.
