Agents in New Zealand Nervous About Philippines

New Zealand's Telecom will be outsourcing some of its dial-up internet and pre-paid mobile helpdesk calls to the Philippines in order to shift New Zealand-based agents to more critical broadband helpdesk positions. The New Zealand Herald reports.
