U.S. congressional delegation to visit Philippines
A U.S. congressional delegation will arrive in Manila on Friday to discuss economic, political and security issues with Philippine officials, according to a statement issued by the U.S. Embassy in Manila on Wednesday.
U.S. Congressman Henry Hyde, Chairman of the House International Relations Committee, will lead the delegation of five representatives from the U.S. Congress to visit the Philippines from August 11 to 13, the statement said.
